A simpler Sell tab, and your money on one screen

Week, Shop, Listings, Orders

For sellers

The Sell tab is four places instead of six. This week leads — your rhythm, what needs you, your insights and your neighbours all sit there now. Shop, your listings and your orders are each one tap away, and nothing runs off the edge of a small phone any more.

Your plan and your tools, first

For sellers

Shop opens on what you pay for and what it unlocks — your plan at the top, then every tool, then the storefront settings underneath. A tool you do not have yet still shows, with the plan it belongs to, so you can tell what is there before you buy it.

Every tool, on every listing

For sellers

Tap one of your own listings and its tools are right there — labels, a restock announcement, collections, reorder codes, video and drops — already pointed at that listing, instead of asking you to find it a second time somewhere else.

Getting paid, on one screen

For sellers

Card payments is now Getting paid: what is available or held, three lamps for identity, bank and payouts, one card per thing Stripe still needs from you, your last card sale and the payouts themselves — newest first, with the bank they landed in and its last four digits. Change bank takes you straight to Stripe.

A note to the people who ordered

For sellers

Aim an update at the buyers with money in play instead of at everyone: the people who ordered from one drop, this week’s reservation holders, everyone collecting on a day, a waitlist, or the people saving a listing. “Pickup moved to 3pm”, to exactly the twelve it affects.

Share your shop with anyone

Coop Pro

Your Share button hands out a link a stranger can open, browse and buy from — no app, no account. Listings a guest cannot buy stay on the page with the reason and a sign-in path, and reservation-only listings sell to guests as preorders paid in full.

Your stand, on paper

Coop+

The shop flyer became a stand flyer: your mark, what and where, three listings with prices and a scan-to-shop code, in four themes and four formats — letter, half-sheet, table tent and a square for social. Forest on letter is free for every seller; the rest come with Coop+.

No platform fee at Coop Pro shops

Coop Pro

Buy from a seller on Coop Pro and there is no platform fee at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Look for the green “No platform fee” mark on their listings, their shop and in your cart.

Activity is an inbox now

What needs you sits in a band at the top — a waitlist offer, an order about to expire, a chat that is your move — then the rest by day. Six new listings from one seller fold into a single row you can open in place. The full notification log lives behind the bell.

See what we already know is broken

Report a problem now shows the bugs we already know about first — one tap says "me too", and you get a push the moment it's fixed. Under Account there's a new Known issues & requests page where you can vote on what we build next.

Market days

A seller can publish a market day and invite the other stands, and it shows up as a date on the map and at the top of Fresh Drops when it is within the week — one page with the lineup, the where and the when.

Bring a neighbor

For sellers

Every seller you bring who lists something gets a free month of Coop Pro, and you do too.

Shops you can scroll, and clips that move

Every shop is one scroll now

Seller shops lost their tabs. The catalog, what buyers said, the seller’s own updates and how to actually get your order all sit on one page, with a jump bar to skip ahead. Ratings, reply time and pickup show up front instead of behind a tab.

Show it moving

Coop+

Add a short video — up to 30 seconds — to a listing or an update. Buyers watch it right where they shop: it plays on the listing and in your updates, and stands as a still frame with a play mark everywhere else so feeds stay quick. Nothing plays on its own; a buyer taps it.

Pin an update to the top of your shop

Coop Pro

Choose one update and it leads your shop, marked Pinned — the thing you most want a neighbour to read when they arrive. Swap it or take it down whenever you like.

What a card order actually pays you

For sellers

Card orders now show the processing cost and what lands in your payout, on the order itself and in your Insights. Coop’s platform fee is paid by the buyer; card processing is the card network’s, and it comes out of your side — so now you can see it instead of working it out.

Fresh finds, and new tools for your shop

Catch it while it’s fresh

A seller who just posted or restocked gets a ring on the map and a spot in your Home feed — tap in to see what’s new. When a seller runs an actual drop (a scheduled release with an open and a close), you’ll see a countdown and how much is left, and you can join the waitlist if it sells out before you get there.

Coop+ and Coop Pro

For sellers

Two new subscriptions for sellers who want more from their shop. Coop+ ($6.99/mo or $59/yr) adds recipes and label printing, collections to arrange your storefront your way, quick-add for several listings at once, saved replies in chat, and restock announcements. Coop Pro ($19/mo) adds everything in Coop+, plus scheduled drops, a featured spot, and in-person checkout codes. Manage your plan — upgrade, switch, or cancel — right in the app. Nothing changes for buyers — no plan, no upsell, ever.

A featured spot in the feed

Coop Pro

One of your listings takes a clearly-labelled spot near the top of the Home feed and on shelf rails nearby. It rotates fairly between Pro sellers, only ever shows listings already in that buyer’s results, and never pushes the top organic listing out of first place.

Schedule a drop

Coop Pro

Set when orders open and close, watch it sell through in real time, work from a prep list, and hand out orders against pickup tickets. Buyers who miss it can join the waitlist for next time.

Recipes and printable labels

Coop+

Save a recipe once — ingredients, sub-ingredients, allergens — and print a label for it any time, with the cottage-food disclosure your state actually requires already on it.

Tell everyone who’s waiting

Coop+

Restocked something? Announce it in one tap and we’ll notify everyone who saved that listing.

Scan to pay in person

Coop Pro

Take payment at the farmers market, your farm stand, or the farm gate — without a card reader. Put the code on your table; a neighbour scans it, pays on their own phone, and walks off with it. No app and no Coop account needed on their end. (This is your checkout code — different from the flyer, which advertises your shop.)

Buyers can see how long made-to-order takes

Your "Ready in" is now visible

For sellers

The number of days you set on a made-to-order listing was never actually shown to buyers — which is why some of you have been turned into short-notice order desks. It shows up now, on the listing and in the feed. If you switched made-to-order on and never touched that setting, it has been sitting at 3 days: worth opening your listings to check it says what you mean.

Know the wait before you order

Made-to-order means someone makes it after you order it, and now the listing tells you roughly how long that takes instead of leaving you to guess.

A better way to find what’s near you

A new way to browse

Your home screen is shelves now — bread, produce, pantry — instead of one endless list sorted by who happens to be closest. Tap a category to see everything in it. We also stopped over-rewarding distance, so a seller a few streets further away can finally show up when they’re worth the walk.

The Daily Edition

A short, dated read of what’s around you today — a lead listing, what’s fresh, who’s new. It ends, on purpose. When you’ve read it, you’re done.

Take a stroll

One listing at a time, full screen, nothing else on the page. For when you’re not looking for anything in particular — the closest thing we have to wandering a market.

Chat knows what you’re arranging

A conversation now keeps the deal in it: what’s on the table, what it adds up to, when you’re meeting. Your Messages list shows whose turn it is, so nothing sits waiting on you without you knowing.

Notifications say what was said

A message notification now shows the message, not just who sent it — so you can tell an “is this still available?” from a “I’m outside” without opening the app. If you’d rather keep them private on your lock screen, iOS and Android both let you hide previews in their own notification settings.

Block or report someone

If a conversation turns wrong, you can stop it. Open the chat’s menu to block that person — they can’t message you again — or report them to us. The thread stays where it is so nothing is lost, and reporting sends us the conversation so we can act on it.

Design updates and refreshes

Orders, activity, receipts and the people you follow all got a fresh coat of paint — same places, easier to read.

Get paid to bring it to them

For sellers

Every neighbor who can’t make the trip to your stand is a sale you’re currently not making. Turn delivery on and they can buy — and the flat delivery fee you set is yours, on top of the order. Set a free-delivery threshold and watch baskets get bigger to clear it. You’re paid when you mark it delivered; an address too far out is one tap to decline, and nobody pays a thing. Needs card payouts turned on.

The seller brings it to you

Some stands now deliver — and it’s the seller themselves at your door, not a courier or a delivery app. Look for “Delivers to you,” then pick Pickup or Delivery for each seller in your cart. Your card isn’t charged until they’ve actually handed it over.

Your shop, by the week

For sellers

The Sell tab opens on This Week — what needs doing, what’s coming, and what sold — instead of making you go looking for it. Orders, listings and payouts are all a tap away from there.

Know before Stripe holds your money

For sellers

Your payouts page now tells you when Stripe still needs something from you — an ID, a bank detail, a business document — in plain words instead of a code, sorted by what is due first. Before, the page showed green checkmarks right up until payouts stopped. Nothing to do if it is quiet: the panel only appears when something is actually owed.

Sell it your way

Take orders on your own schedule

For sellers

Bake on Thursdays, hand off on Fridays? Set a weekly pickup rhythm and let neighbors reserve during your order window. Their card is saved when they reserve and charged when the window closes — so you know exactly how much to make before you start. Needs card payouts turned on.

Sizes, flavors, and buy-more deals

Listings can now offer more than one option — a pint or a quart, three flavors of jam — each with its own price and stock. Sellers can also set a buy-more discount, so “3 for $15” shows right on the listing.

Set order minimums and maximums

For sellers

Only bake in batches of six, or don’t want one buyer scooping your whole stock? Set a minimum and maximum quantity right on your listing — buyers see the limit before they can order too few or too many.

Ingredients and allergens

For sellers

Add an ingredient list and tag common allergens so buyers with allergies can shop your stand with confidence. Home-kitchen sellers can add a cottage-food label too.

Cancel or decline — not just "expired"

An order that doesn’t go through now says why. Buyers can cancel a pending order themselves, and sellers can mark one "Can’t fulfill" with a reason — instead of everything landing in a vague "expired" bucket.

Cash deals, made simple

Order made-to-order, pay cash at pickup

Made-to-order items from sellers who take cash are now yours to request right in the app — tap Request, and pay in person at pickup. No card required to order the things worth the wait.

Your cash sales, on the books

For sellers

A new Sales record in your Seller Orders header shows your cash income at a glance — this month’s total, a by-month breakdown, and your all-time take across every fee-free cash sale. The receipts for your own bookkeeping.

Chat closes the deal

Shop right inside the chat

Share a listing into any conversation with the new “+” button, add it to your cart from the card, and check out without ever leaving the thread. The products you’re talking about stay pinned in Chat Info so nobody loses track of the deal.

Reviews from real orders

After a completed order you can rate your seller and say thanks. Only real buyers can review — every star comes from an actual pickup — and sellers can reply. Look for ratings on seller pages and listings.

Send an order from the thread

For sellers

Worked out a deal in chat? Tap “+” → Create order to send the buyer an order request — they confirm with one tap and it lands in your orders, on the books.

Photos, “Seen,” and quieter emails

Send photos in chat, see when your message has been read, and stop getting emailed about conversations you’re already looking at.

Every stand, open for business

Pay cash at pickup

You can now order from any seller — add to cart, tap “Pay at pickup,” and settle up in cash when you meet. No card needed, no fees. Card checkout is still there for sellers who take it.

Cash orders, on the books

For sellers

Buyers can order from your stand and pay cash at handoff. Confirm the request, tap “Confirm cash received” at pickup, and your redesigned Seller Orders queue keeps the record — sorted by what needs you next.

Put Coop on the corkboard

Print a letter-size flyer for the coffee shop, the market, the break room. Its QR code carries your invite link, so the neighbors it brings in count as yours — and sellers get a version for their own stand.

Keep the marketplace honest

Coop is for goods made and grown by your neighbors. Spot something that doesn’t belong? Every listing and seller page now has a Report link — we review every single one.
